If your taste is to have us build your new home based on one of our sophisticated floor plans utilizing our value engineering techniques, we are organized to more quickly complete your home selections and start the construction process. If your desire is to spend more time upfront and use our Design and Build process, our staff is equipped to handle all of your custom home design and product consultation needs. Also, for both options we have a wide array of financing options to choose from. All of the above may be done in a Generations community, on a lot you already own, or on a lot we help you find.
