Our Process

Our process begins very simply………we listen.

Step 1: As a custom home builder our process begins with a conversation. We want to get to know you.  We get to know your needs such as family life styles, room functionality, aesthetic design tastes, and recreational hobbies.  

Step 2: Plan selection.  Once we have an idea of what your dream home is, we set out to find a plan you love.  We can start with one of our plans and customize if needed or we can work with a plan you bring to us.  If you do not find exactly what you are looking for, we can help you design a custom home that fits your family's lifestyle and needs.  If you select this option, you will receive a sketch of your floor plan and a front elevation.  Both will be modified until you are completely satisfied.  

Step 3: Pricing. Once you have selected a plan or we design a custom home for you, we will prepare a detailed budget and specifications and provide you a price for your new home.

Step 4: Choose a lot. You can build in one of our beautiful communities, on a lot you own or we can assist you in finding a lot in your desired location.

Step 5: Give us to go ahead! Once we have the details ironed out we can begin the journey. Rest assured Generations is your partner throughout the entire process and beyond.
