Ken Grisez graduated from the University of Dayton with a degree in engineering. He handles all construction estimating and production activities for Generations Construction. Ken has built over 150 homes locally and continuously works hard to develop and maintain strong relationships with numerous trade partners and vendors. Ken works with computerized estimating and purchase order software and updates all our construction schedules using Microsoft Project. He is known for his attention to detail and strong organization skills, and runs the day to day operations for all of the company projects. In addition, Ken is fluent in CAD and in-houses much of our design work.

Jeff Grisez graduated from Bowling Green State University with a business management degree and went on to graduate with a Masters of Business Administration from the McGregor School at Antioch University. After working several years in the bank finance industry, he started Generations Construction with his brother and co-owner Ken Grisez. Jeff handles all the construction accounting tasks, business planning, and customer service for our company. He meets with our customers before construction and at several stages after the project starts to ensure our customers receive only the best quality homes. Generations Construction has a low overhead, so we are able to meet a wide array of budgets and offer reasonably priced homes guaranteed to have a maximum amount of value per square foot. To that point, Jeff takes the time to listen to all of our customer’s needs and help them create custom construction specifications.

Cindy Lieberman is the Sales and Marketing Coordinator and Interior Designer for Generations Construction. She is also a licensed Real Estate Agent with NavX Realty. Born and raised in the Dayton area, Cindy graduated with honors from Wayne High School in Huber Heights. After owning and operating her own business for over 12 years, Cindy began her career in New Home Construction sales. Cindy’s role includes working with clients to choose home site, floor plan, and selections for their new home. She also helps guide each client in choosing their lender when needed. Before, during, and after construction, Cindy takes pride in offering her clients superior service. In addition to home sales, Cindy is also responsible for all marketing for Generations, including website design and updates and social media marketing.

Rex Hicks is the construction ‘punch out’ coordinator for Generations Construction. His role in our projects is to maintain site organization with respect to material storage, construction site housekeeping, and other task list items to help keep construction flowing. He also is involved with drywall and painting touch-up and other light construction related service issues. Rex has been with Generations Construction for several years and has a strong grasp of our company philosophy.
